My work sits at the intersection of performance, inclusion, and community. I build the systems behind employee resource groups, executive sponsorship, and career growth, so that culture is felt in the way people work, not just described in a values statement.I’ve led the redesign of multiple ERGs, built a sustainable executive sponsorship framework, and partnered across teams to embed inclusion into performance and growth processes.
